Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Lohan to serve 360 hours at the Downtown Women's Center in L.A., as part of her probation in the shoplifting case. Part of the deal -- the judge required her to be reliable, non-disruptive, and serve at least 4 hours at a time.
But sources tell us ... Lindsay blew off 9 scheduled visits ... and when she did show up, she would often bail after working there for only an hour.

... SHOUT OUT TO: Lindsay Lohan for being the female version of T.I. So after 2010 we all thought we had heard the last of lil ol Lindsay... Wrong! Now this chick is BACK in the news for violating probation... Probation that she got where any other regular Joe would've served some serious time. And recently she violated court orders because she took a trip to Paris... The Hell??? Chick talking about she phoned in. How the hell do you 'phone in' to community service. I mean, I've never been in the program but I'm sure it doesn't work like a part time job at Starbucks where you can just call in sick. Paris though? and you are Lindsay Muh-F*cking Lohan!?
